Electric thermal insulation furnace is an industrial furnace that uses electrical energy as a heat source, electric heating elements to generate heat, and relies on radiation and heat conduction to store and keep aluminum liquid at a constant temperature. It mainly undertakes the melting of aluminum liquid in the furnace and continuously supplies aluminum to the die-casting and casting production lines at a constant temperature without open flames or pollution. It relies on precise temperature control through electronic control and is divided into two categories: crucible type and pool type. It is a benchmark for electric heating solutions for gas insulation furnaces.
