Gas-fired crucible furnace is an intermittent melting and insulation industrial furnace that uses natural gas, liquefied gas, generator gas and other gases as fuel, and graphite/silicon carbide crucibles to hold metal raw materials. The outer wall of the crucible is indirectly heated by the flame of the burner in the furnace, and colored metals inside the crucible are melted by conduction and radiation heat. It is a commonly used melting equipment in small and medium-sized casting and die-casting workshops, with two structures: fixed and hydraulic tilting material.
