Electric crucible furnace is an intermittent high-temperature melting/insulation equipment that uses electric energy as the heat source and crucible as an independent container. It relies on electric heating elements to radiate and conduct heating of the crucible, and then indirectly melts the materials inside the furnace from the crucible. Unlike gas crucible furnace, it does not have open flame combustion and relies on precise electronic control for temperature control. It is mostly used for melting small and medium-sized non-ferrous metals, precious metals, and high-temperature sintering in laboratories. It is a mainstream small melting furnace type for die-casting and precision casting.
Heating mode: resistance wire or resistance belt, silicon carbon rod (optional).
With automatic temperature control, overtemperature alarm, simple operation, low failure rate, convenient maintenance and maintenance.
