Heat storage reflective furnace is an industrial high-temperature melting equipment that adds paired regenerative heat exchange devices on the basis of traditional reflector furnaces. It relies on flame radiation and furnace wall reflection to heat the metal materials inside the furnace, while periodically recovering high-temperature flue gas waste heat and preheating combustion air through ceramic thermal storage bodies. It is the mainstream energy-saving furnace type in the non-ferrous metal melting industry. Traditional reflector furnaces require direct exhaust of flue gas, resulting in high heat loss. After thermal storage renovation, waste heat can be recycled, also known as regenerative gas reflector furnaces. They are commonly used for melting and refining regenerated metals such as aluminum, copper, and zinc.
Use: for the melting of various aluminum materials, aluminum heating, aluminum alloy preparation, refining, aluminum insulation and casting water, etc;
Adaptive raw materials: aluminum ingot and various types of aluminum refurnace material, etc;
Structural form of furnace: structural form of inclined and fixed round, rectangular fumace and verticalelectric lifting furnace door;
Beaker form: using natural gas high temperature combustion system
