The aluminum ash cold ash machine, also known as the cold ash bucket or hot aluminum slag cooling machine, is a specialized equipment for the rear end of the ash stir fry machine and an essential equipment for the aluminum melting production line. It receives high temperature tail ash discharged from the ash stir fry machine at 700-900 ℃, quickly and tightly cools down to prevent aluminum ash from spontaneous combustion, oxidation, and dust pollution in the open air. After cooling, the aluminum ash is sent to ball milling and screening for secondary aluminum extraction. The entire set is combined with the ash stir fry machine to form a complete aluminum ash recovery line.
